Stefan Soell began to take photos at the age of 15, and soon landscapes and portrait photography had become his favourite subjects. In addition to his astonishing talent at choosing the ideal background and selecting key details, he also has the rare knack of capturing ideal lighting conditions.

Nur Stefan Soell ist fähig, so natürliche und hübsche bayerische „Landmaderln“ derartig freizügig zu fotografieren. Und was für Fotostrecken da entstanden sind: barbusig wird nach dem Pflücken ein Apfelkuchen gebacken, die Landmädchen räkeln sich lasziv im Heu oder präsentieren ihre Rundungen vor ebenso perfekten satten Wiesen und Hügellandschaften. Man sieht es den Models an: alle lieben Tiere und die Natur, und der Betrachter wünscht sich, er könnte auf so einem Bauernhof zu Besuch sein …
Stefan Soell begann bereits mit 15 Jahren zu fotografieren, und bald wurden Landschafts und Portraitaufnahmen zu seiner Lieblingsbeschäftigung. Neben seiner erstaunlichen Gabe den idealen Hintergrund und Ausstattung zu wählen, gelingt ihm der Einsatz der Lichtverhältnisse fulminant.
